Enterprise to Enterprise (E2E) Referral Partner Program

Our Enterprise to Enterprise (E2E) Referral Partner Program lets your company earn a one-time commission equal to 10% of fully ramped MRR (capped at $2,500) for every qualified lead you send our way that becomes a closed-won deal.

The E2E Referral Partner Program was specifically created for our existing partners and customers to provide an easy way for them to refer us to other companies in their network. But any company with a valid business or network in the IT/cloud space may apply. There’s no sign-up fee—just complete our Referral Partner Application Form.

• Get Approved: We review applications usually in under 3 business days.

• Receive ICP & Lead Form: We’ll send you our Ideal Customer Profile and a secure Lead Submission link.

Use the official Lead Submission Form you receive after approval. Enter your contact info, the prospect’s details, and any qualifying notes. Leads submitted informally (e.g. email, chat, phone) will not qualify.

• Matches our Ideal Customer Profile (industry, company size, use case)

• Is not already in our system

• Submitted through the designated form

• Passes our qualification review (usually completed within 5 business days)

Once approved, your company “owns” both the contact and company for 6 months—we won’t accept the same lead from another partner during that period.

Your company will receive 10% of the fully ramped MRR generated by your referral, up to $2,500 per deal. 

• Timing: Within 30 days after we receive payment from your referred client.

• Method: Via your chosen payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.). This has to be to your company and not to an individual.

If you are already an existing customer, then yes you can choose to apply the commissions earned towards cloud credits for your existing infrastructure on OpenMetal. 

• Own company/employees: Referrals for your own organization or subsidiaries don’t qualify.

• Duplicate leads: Sales sharing identical contact or company details won’t earn commission.

• Fraudulent or unauthorized discount deals are ineligible and may incur commission reversals.

Yes—OpenMetal may update the Referral ToS or commission structure at any time. We’ll post changes on our website [link here] and email you. Continuing to submit leads after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• Privacy Policy: You must host a valid global privacy policy on your site.

• FTC Guidelines: Any public mention of compensation or partnership must include clear, prominent disclosure of your material connection to OpenMetal.
